Replacing CCC

My Ride: 2005 545i with Sport Pkg, Nav, HUD, Cold Weather Pkg, Rear Shades
MY CCC is being replaced for a popping sound coming from the speakers when switching from radio to CD.
Does anyone know if I will get any new and/or hidden features??
The SA is still refusing to go through the MP3 procedures due to car production date being out of range.
