Good luck with that -- if it works, you'll be the first in the USA...
Okay, what comes down isn't something must go up. Rudy, is it standard to have remote windows down in US?

The light switch can be pressed firmly inside, like hidden little bit. Did some body know for what?

I believe that has been discussed as a safety feature to recess itself and not be a factor in a collision injury.

Right, but only on pre-LCI cars...

It also doesn't recess on my '04 545. Wasn't this part of the 'secret' safety additions in 2005 after the Euro NCAP tests?

look what mine does:

I drove back the same way as my last trip yesterday, before take off I took out the navi DVD (business) but the calculating and guidance worked like always and all the way to destination.

Strange because often the dvd drive hangs up during the trip and then guidance stops too.

I don't think I spotted this in this long 'tricks' thread, but I thought I will mention another useful/useless trick - if you do not want the courtesy lights to come on everytime you open the door (perhaps where sun always shines or for privacy reasons) then just press & hold the main courtesy light button (centre button above the rearview mirror) for few seconds. This will switch off the lights for good (until that is you manually press the button again to turn it on).

IF YOU HAVE COMFORT ACSES YOU CAN OPEN THE WINDOWS AND SUNROOF FROM THE REMOTE... AND YOU CAN CLOSE THE SUNROOF AND MOONROOF BY HOLDING THE DOOR HANDLE... AND YOU CAN OPEN THE SAME WAY AS WELL....
