worst car you'll ever own...man, did you ever make a mistake. No warranty.....pfft might as well start throwing $100 bills out your car's wondows ...assuming they still go down (and damn is that's an expensive repair...ouch). You're a crazy mofo for buying a turd like this without warranty.....hahaha...what a tool. Man are you fucked.....oh my head hurts from laughing at your expense......hehehe, he bought a BMW and went online and found nothing but bad comments.....quick, sell it and buy an Accord
What an asset to this forum you are.

Not to beat a dead horse, but you absolutely positively need to get an extended warranty!!!!
It's saved me about $3000 so far...I hope I don't get the coolant leak, but at least I'll be covered!

My Ride: '05 545 Jet Black, Miro 111's, Painted Calipers, Slotted and Drilled Rotors, Ultimate Interior LED Kit, ACS Rear Spoilers (reps), HID 7k Fogs, Black Roundels and Badges, 20% Tint, Mtech V2 Angel Eyes, Ksport Coilovers, M5 Bumpers and Side Skits, ACS Front Lip (rep), and probably more on the way as you read this...
yeah, i think i'll get the extended warranty just in case, since it would be horrible if i have some major issues. i'm liking the car more and more as it's grown on me. tonight i hit some nice curvy roads with it and really enjoyed the whole experience. it's not nimble like a sports car, but it's impressive for what it is. does anyone have any feedback on what warranty company to recommend as far as cost goes? i know you can shop around quite a bit, but it would be nice to have first hand knowledge. thanks guys for all the comments, since you've all been helpful (good, bad, or ugly).
and sy1616, you're a douche.

enjoy the purchase, great car. dont worry about things until...its time to worry about things
only issue you will find is that you wish you would have waited and saved more in the car fund for the M5!!!!!!! need more power!

I have a 2005 545 and would trade it for anything on the market right now. Maybe the 550 but the difference in power wouldn?t warrant the cost of change.
The 545 with a six speed manual has plenty of power.
I take it in for regular service at the dealer and don?t find the service that expensive. The dealer has been good so far.
Good luck with your new purchase.
