Default INPA Requested control unit not found

I'm trying to connect my ai bag module with inpa and i received this error

are you able to access any other control units?

what year and model is your car? where did you get your cable from?

tomorrow I'll hook my laptop up to the car and see what sequence I go through to get to the airbag control unit. Not sure why you can't access it. What made you want to access the airbag unit, are you havinan SRS problem?

I have E60 525i 2004...... i bought this cable at ebay.com it cost only 23 USD....
when i start my car i drive send me a message about passenger restraint system and belt tension malfunction too, also air bag and belt warning lights are displayed

same problem, when i tried it today. had to Load INPA program, directly from C/drive.

Like INPA message says, found SGM module, which is your airbag module giving you the subject iDrive fault message.
Can you not access the SGM?
I have been plagued with the same iDrive messages and you can clear them in the SGM communication module.
When you check for all errors what is the fault code?
