iDrive message: Ignition Fault

My Ride: 2011 535 Xi
Just got the message: Ignition Fault - It may not be possible to start the vehicle without the brake pedal depressed, coming up on the I-Drive display. However i can still start my car normally. I have a regular ignition cylinder, NOT push to start.
Any ideas guys?
