Thanks for the valuable information. I will go check it out when I come back. I would love to meet up with you guys sometime. However, I am still on business trip, I won't be back until the end of the month. We will keep in touch. Thanks for the help & the warm walcoming.
Dennis
Welcome aboard Dennis
I'd been research for all kind of mods for the E60 in HK, you can find the Hamann parts from the following shops:
- Auto Design Haus - Wanchi (they are the ONLY authorized dealer from Hamann that import directly from Hamann in Germany), they have most of the E60 stuff in stock
- Smart Auto - FoTan (typical workshop which sells also Hamann stuffs, I'd saw a E60 who had install a Hamann bodykit there)
- Take One - Hung Hom (They have some of the Hamann parts in stock)
My opinion is, Auto Design Haus is the most reliable shop since it's the only authorized dealer, however, they DO NOT have they own work shop for installation. You may either buy the parts and take it to your own preferred workshop for installation, or they just "refer" you to some of their closely connected workshop!
For prices, I'm pretty sure they sell parts for about the same price, except you know someone work/own there! (For your information, full Hamann bodykit w/ exhaust you're looking at at least $60,000-$80,000 installed...
For Alpina, so far I still havn't able to find a real dealer who sells all Alpina stuffs...
Well... Join our mini meet on Oct 11th, and I'm sure we can share some thoughts/info...![Happy](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/happy.gif)

Ok guys,
Here are directions and photos of the meet up point for Oct 11th if there's no objection. Photos follow the numeric order 1-> 5. Follow 5 all the way to the end and you'll see Photo 6 which is the target destination. Nice back drop isn't it?
Meet up time : 11:00am
I hope the directions are clear enough for everyone

[/quote]Hey Bunbun... I guess you are going the same routine for mod car w/ me...
At first, I'd purchased a set of Wheels and thought that's about it...
Then, I'd get the bodykit...
Now, I'm thinking about the exhaust...
Regarding exhaust options, I'd thought many many times already, here's the list I'd thought about:
1.) Eisenmann - I'd believe the sound and look should be the best. However, no dealer in HK, I need to order directly from Europe, which I think it cost me what too much trouble, thus it's a expensive option.
2.) ACS - $12000 from BMW HK, I can get some kinda discount... I think this is quite expensive for a single side exhaust. (through I'd had a good experience w/ my M Roadster w/ the ACS exhaust)
3.) Hamann - I think $24000 for the exhaust is plain too much...
4.) Remus - $5500 installed, pretty attractive... But I want quad better
5.) I'm thinking about having a local muffler shop to customize a quad exhaust for me, but not sure about the sound/quality... need to do some research first...
