We just finished the mini installation meet outside my home. Unfortunately, we failed to install the grill for Shield. He got the flaps behind the grill, there is no way for us to access the side clips, after numberous try, we gave up. So Bunbun, you may have to take your car to a garage to have them install it for you.
It's time to organize another meet now. Just have that idea with AC_S5 we can have a meet at late November/early December. Any suggestions? Did we mention we can have a BBQ meet last time?

As suggested, shield and bunbun could take it to the shop that pogo1 use to install the grill. Those flaps are impossible to access, they should not be there in the first place.
BBQ is good and I suggest that place at Sai Kung. Free parking and a golf driving range.![Thumbsup](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/thumbsup.gif)

My mechanic charged me 200 to replace the grill. He is in the western HK area. Let me know if you need the contact details!
By the way had a bad weekend with my car! the rear door won't open from the inside, the lock must be jamed and the rearviw mirror on the passanger side won't tilt when I reverse! HAs anyone come across these problems??

Thanks for the info. I showed my boss the pic but she disapproved it
I still haven't heard of anything from my sales rep regarding the rims
Guess I need to go deeper on my search.
The shipping cost will kill you, your sales don't have anything for you?
Go 18" you wouldn't regret it.
Saw a 19" set on this site www.sunhingmotor.com.hk under the used section. That rim is from 745i and only 5000 bucks. They say it fits a 5.

Guys,
I need to start searching for a new set of rims & tires for my upcoming bimmer (as you can see from my new signature). Just one question, assume that I found one but they are overseas (i.e. in the classified forum here). Do I need to pay the 85% taxes upon receiving the shipment? Thanks in advance!![Smile](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/smile.gif)

Thanks Bro, really appreciate that! I will definitely check it out!
However, I know RF will give you a bumpy ride. However, I think it's pretty useful for my case as somehow my wife always get a flat tyre.

Rear door wouldn't open from inside, could it be the child lock?
Mirror wouldn't tilt down, could it be you have the mirror switch switched on the left side? I don't like the tilt down function because it too down so I kept the adjusting mirror switch on the left side so it wouldn't tilt down.
Hope this help
Hi Ray
I've talked to mic325 yesterday and he say the shop he knows in MK can order wheels for you. The price will be higher but it will be new OEM rims and mic sell his 16" back to them for $4000. Also you can opted for non RFT since you have a spare which will be better in terms of ride quality. Let me see if I can find the post about the tire shop.
