Hi umermariner... I'm having the same problem where my headlamp turns on, momentarily then goes out. In the end was the bulb or the igniter your issue?
Thanks.
Thanks.
Thanks.

My 08 535xi has a adaptive headlamp error on nav screen + dash + blinking led![Angry](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/angry.gif)
BMW told me that the motor was bad but not under warranty b/c of my AE upgrade![Frown](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/sad.gif)
Dont care about the adaptive head lamp as I have it set to off but cant stand the error.
Any recomendations?

If your head lamp is not fogging from the inside I doubt there is a leak into the lamp. I would just unplug it and plug it back in. Probably corrosion issue with plug.

good deal. didn't think it was anything to do with rain. However, when the weather does change it does cause things to act strange...ask a cow. And if you can't speak cow language, ask a girl with silicones. Heck these days, ask even a guy lol
