The video interface + iDrive control unit (to switch to video mode using iDrive) + backup cam will set you back by almost S$1K. A few of us bought them from a korean company call Doseong.
I'm also looking for a good TV tuner, preferably a very good analog version because digital ones have limited programming.
What reverse sensor are you talking about? I thought all 5-series have them?

Is the iDrive control unit the aux input? I am planning to get that done soon. I have checked out doseong. Apparently they dont do walk in sale - their office is near my Korean office where my colleague tried to make enquiry.
Analog version would have poor reception right? My ex-e39 had an analog tuner which snowed in most places. It seems to pick up Indonesian channels well. I would have thought the digital's would be better reception though channels will be limited.
Reverse sensors are std for 523 and probably the 530s. Mine didnt come with - so i was thinking of getting a retrofit by our local agent (parts $2k + labour 1k

Not all e60 came with PDC, most 520s did not have that option. I have been using Bumpercare, holeless reverse sensor. You can get it from Juzz4Car for about $200+ with installation.

Hello everyone on the Singaporean thread. Haven't posted on this thread for a while now as been quite busy at work. Hope everyone is well.
Will be in Singapore a few days in early November, so will there be any E60 meet up? Be nice to meet up with everyone I met before and also any new members of the forum.
Tategoi, I'll be in touch. You're on the same number right?
