Just returned home..... on the way home, 'played' with an EVO..... with loud loud exhaust.....

Well, he accelerated... hard.... and I kept up..... then a bend came..... I was expecting him to brake but he didn't.... still accelerating..... then the traffic lights stopped him (and me).....

Not bad for a lowly (but DMS-ed) 525 to keep up with an EVO..... and I had it in D.....

Dun worry... NPP or patrol cars are useless.. IF they wanna book you immediately.. they would have done it on the spot! And they have many reports to file.. waste time only.. they only have guts to stare and make remarks and give you warnings..
So far when i see patrol cars... i ramp harder and sped beyond my speed limits ALL the time.... i am not lying. They just LL admire and say some #!#@%^&&$ in their own car.

At a traffic light junction minutes away from my home last night, with no cars around, wet road and about to do a right turn, I turned off DSC & DTC to experience the thrill of some wheel spin/drift. To make sure my wheel spins, I switched to manual at gear 1. I had my small part of fun but to my shocking surprise, there was 2 police patrol cars parked by the side of the road after the turn, with 6 to 10 policemen on the pathment, apparently holding and questioning a group of Bangladeshi. One of the policeman stared at me as I drove my car slooooowly pass him. Sigh... I'll have to start checking the TP website in the next few days liao....

Wah liao eh.... today missed TWO accidents by accident..... hehehe....

The first was when I had to slow down (on the AYE) quite sudden..... I looked back and the car behind was comfortably slowing down.... then I heard a bang.... two cars behind me, had hit the car behind me......

On the same journey, the was a jam near the Siglap... again, I jammed my brakes.... from out of no where, a E46 did an evasive move reminescent of ADT.... and missed my car by not very much......

Two near misses........ wow......

Was with many cars travelling at high speed along Lentor Ave late afternoon when a TP Bike actually overtook us and then slowed down to speed limits in front of us. Naturally, every vehicle on the road slowed down. Next, I saw a TP with a camera on an overhead bridge right in front. *phew* If not for the TP bike, quite a lot of the vehicles will be booked. And all this while, my wing flaps did not even flap.

Quite interestingly, when I stopped at the traffic lights between Lentor Ave and Yio Chu Kang Rd, my wing flaps 2.1 started to flap violently... alas a little too late. Maybe the ECU needs a firmware upgrade. What is the latest version?

heart pain ah.spent 1600 on dms and didnt feel much improvement and here comes stealth remap.

i gonna get a dyno done to see if dms really did give me that 16 horses...if not gonna get this remap done.

learnt that they need to send the current map to germany and then reprogram takes 2 days of session 45mins to complete.

cost $1800 if it works then why not.but will wipe out current dms map.

where can i get a dyno done???

Nuvi,
DMS and Hiop are all Stealth Remaps..
If i am not wrong is refundable for DMS. You not happy with the improvments, you have to let him know and he will refund back to you the next time he comes. But you need to let him reload back the orig. before you go for Hiop.

Nutty,
When you go for dyno, ask him to give you the wheel Hp instead of adjusting the figures to Crank HP.
I have mine done b4 DMS and you will be surprised the difference between Wheel and estimated Crank HP.
