i know some of us send our rides to Russ's CBM for polish....usually i don't walk down to see who is washing my ride. But how many here know of this place that is near to Russ's place in Toh Guan? it is situated near the Hankook tire shop

Are we going to the wine cellar place? after 10pm its closed.. so we can secretly bring our own wine in to drink!
