Zag, the quote that i gave Edlee last time was 8 piston front & 4 piston rear. I'm not sure if Brembo has 6 piston for E60 though.

Anyway Edlee, i saw a Grey E63 with full m6 bodykit and an aftermarket rims in Mt elizabeth a few days ago. I thought it was an M6 until i saw there wasn't any M emblem on the side fender & also the brakes. Maybe just a 630i.
Looking at your Avatar, it indicates that you are from Frisco. But your post seems to say that you are in Singapore. Regardless, juz wanted to check if you are living near Siglap. I saw an e60 with quad exhaust a couple of weeks ago at the junction of Jalan Tua Kong/Upper East Coast Road fitting your ride's description.

I heard about this place. Seems there's plenty of parking lots too.

Yes, there are plenty of park lot. What I like is the owner/shop keeper is friendly and you can do wine tasting before any commitment. Of course they charge if we taste every type and not buying. Those who held functions, this is a good place to chosse you wine. The keyword is inexpensive although I know nut about wine.

Hi tcc39,

Any chance you could find out what PML did to your partner's car? With this info, I can approach PML to ask them to do something..... thanks.... this problem is really bugging me....
Hi Greg,

PML did not reveal what exactly was done to his engine. All I know was they could not find any leakage and after the 3rd complaint, they finally admitted that there was a problem. The repair was done in PML Kg Arang. He is still monitoring the oil level and I will keep you posted.

What's is your mileage so far and how often (km) do you have to top up the engine oil?

I've also shared the story about his load car. There was a few very tiny scratches over the bumper (near the grill) when he returned his car. PML wanted him to pay $800 for the touch up (or you can call it repair). My partner refuse to pay and now PML is offering 25% discount. Still, I think that he shouldn't pay because the scratch is really very minor.

Bugaboo,

I forgot to ask. Did you go to change your windscreen film?

understatement.....rape is a MUST!
LMK,

Regarding the I.C.E, I understand you actually have a separate head unit. Mind to share with myself and Zig about how it's been fitted?

Thanks for the update. My milage is currently 8.7k km. I did an oil flush/change (with oil filter) at 4.9k km. The change was about a month ago.... That is why I'm puzzled why the oil level drops so fast......

Its a little funny that PML refused to reveal what they actually did to the engine, or if they did anything at all... If they couldn't find any leaks, then where is the oil going to??? As mentioned in a previous post, I don't believe in just 'topping' up because its mixing clean oil with dirty oil... So I prefer to clean everything out, then put in clean oil......

I was recommended OWS racing oil but at my next change, which will probably be in a month, I will probably get a thicker oil.... loss of power but smooth nonetheless..... Any recommendations??

I have a quite a big stone chip just below the rondel.... I was thinking of respraying the car but I'm holding back for a while.... until more chips appear.... very annoying...... I was quoted $300 to respray.... so its actually quite tempting.......

Greg,

$300 is very reasonable. But $800 (o.k less 25%) for my partner's car is really too much. Maybe PML wants to make back from the parts replaced for his engine.hehe.

I thought you have installed (or ever installed) a separate headset for your I.C.E????
