Hi Toto,
You seems to know Philippines very well. Have you been to ClassMate? You are right, Philippinos are born good singers and musicians. Been to a place called Wilderness?

Actually I dun even have a fixed CSA...they just allocate Tom, Dick and sometimes Harry... But any idea where I can click on a few secret buttons on the iDrive and see the s/w version? This v21...any "missing eyebrows" and quirks? Thanks!
Go and get an update, it changes the upshift at a higher rev, nice to drive. if you have active steering, the version 21 is better also.
i used to go to anyone that is available, until someone here advised me not to.
So i stick to one good guy, who knows everything about my ride even before he touches it.
The testing menu in the idrive does not indicate CIP version but no harm playing with it.
1. Push down i-Drive knob for about 8 sec
2. Turn right 3 clicks
3. Turn left 3 clicks
4. Turn right 1 click
5. Turn left 1 click
6. Turn right 1 click
7. Push down i-Drive button

I tried those 7 steps but it only gets me into the usual menu choices... after I "push down for 8secs"...I can let go and do steps #2-7 right? Does the engine have to be on? Pardon my ignorance...

Which is the CSA you would recommend? The guys at Alexandra are pretty hopeless... I only go there because its nearer to home...

After the first step, you should still be in the top most screen with the 4 arrows. You have to be a bit fast I think to follow up with the left/right turns.

wow! a BMW caught fire along Alexandra road.
another BMW got robbed in JB with robbers pretending to be police just before the custom/immgration point.
Also, i was travelling along Upper Thomson towards Adams Road. There was this police with a cam standing along the highway (the flyover along Mt Alvernia opp. the Mac. reservoir) The stretch has only a 60km/h limit. So beware guys
