hi LMK

i tot of doing that - actually even spoke to a plastic molder who said he can build a custom enclosure for the new screen - but i cannot figure out how to get the signals from the idrive into the screen since (even with our interface box) the connector is proprietory
actually is not impossible. it only needs one smart guy who is willing to spend time identifying which pin configuration is for the VGA display.

the new module has a nav in with vga support, maybe i will take a look at it and see whether it is possible. But i am flying off for about 3 weeks. will update where possible.

Robert Friend quits PML! To be replaced by local guy sometime this month. Oh well... could it be because of all the screw ups in their after sales service? hmmm....i wonder.

Oh No!!! Hope its not Belinda Bay. However, she's still bearable. If its Henry Lim, I'm gonna sell away ALL my 3 cars!!!

The CSA would not tell who is the guy replacing robert. Apparently, Robert's resignation came a couple of weeks ago and caught some by surprised. I got a feeling that service level will head further south as the CSA was not very optimistic about the new replacement. Sigh...Looks like more potential frustrations dealing with PML from now.

If you know who the replacement is, please share. Heard robert's last day will be in a couple of week's time. So, if any complain/issue, I think better scream now. Cheers! and good luck to our UDM

Did you guys read the ST this morning, there is a BMW E60 that leak and rusted under the roof? Is this the same that was posted here a month back?

The photos look familiar.

What a tragic thing to happen to any one. I hope PML will be fair in addressing the issues.

Shocked to read in the today's paper that Gshock88 has passed away so suddenly. My condolences to his wife and I hope Performance Motors will have some conscience and settle the case with her amicably. It is really unfortunate.

Yes, it is indeed a shock to me too.

My heart goes out to his loved ones who survived him.

Count me in for a protest vote against PML! Maybe black ribbons on all E60s in front of PML Alexandra?
