Lazy to go back the thread to check when is the proposed dates for Genting. What is the plan dates anyway? I am quite tied up this month and don't even dare to promise the kids for a getaway holiday during the school holiday.

Anyway. 5 minutes headstart you are too generous Ed. This is challenging the guts
rather. difference between 530i and 545i at top speed is only less than 10kph..hehehe! With Toto's steroid pumped engine.. he might drown you out with his exhaust.
Not to mention Totoseow's Gruppe M CAI, HIOP headers, and DMS remapped ECU. I think the speed limit of 245km/h for the step has also been removed! Game on...

wa this thread getting funny. ok..my 2 cents since the mod on the ecu...i can drag my 2nd gear to 120kmh now then the car upshifts itself. n 3rd gear i will pull till 160kmh. its 4k rpm n above in DS that the car is in another territory. its just awesome the feeling. not sure how much i can do beyond 245 though..i suspect another 10-15kmh at most.

as for the genting trip..its not possible...i hv to incorporate my wife n kid. so i m gonna take them to hk wif me for a biz trip instead...sorry guys....next malacca trip perhaps. still keen to work the car.

5 mins headstart? hmmm....wots the bet? the fastest i took from kl start of hway to tuas is 2 hours 3mins....not beyond 250kmh.

U guys getting too serious. I actually intend to be the last car so that I will be forewarned of any $MONEY$ stops along the way.

That way, I can do short sprints and cruise, much like running the 2.4Km IPPT.

Toto, can bring your family along what. Convoy movt is safest against any car-jack threats. Your family can spend time at the theme park whilst you join us at the casino and pub

Oh yeah, forgot to add. I'm gonna try to talk BMW Asia into authorising PML to remove the speed limiter. I will sign whatever they want so long as it doesn't promise them my car for some stunt exhibition.
