Do not try to code the CCC the options are there so no need to default code it. The issue is a module down stream preventing the option the CCC is coded for to be active

As of now not see the TCU in UIF I would start there. I don't like throwing parts at a car unless I know for sure the signs right now are pointing to the TCU. It just looks like it's not plugged in of it is then it's dead. If you decide to replace it it should work immediately without having to code or program it. If it works then program it. When I replaced mine I got it from a junk yard for $20

yeah I’m the same way. I’ll see if I can find a decently priced one and hopefully it’ll be functional. I imagine eBay?
