i hope you had the key out of the ignition when you connected the jumpers. otherwise the voltage surge can do some damage.

sounds like your amp isnt working. maybe check the fuses for the amp.

did you shut down and restart the car to see if it works?
A little bit confused. Does amp fuse number available on my fuses layout ?
And yes, I restarted my car but the problem still there.

Thanks
Have you tried the second key trick? What about the forced reboot of the CCC?

I have 1 key only. And Forced reboot of the CCC did not solve the problem. Thinking about reprogram it. Do you think it will solve it ?

Probably. Too bad you don't have a second key. Using one might have fixed you up...

Just got it diagnosed. The report said the CCC unit were malfunction and need to be replaced. I still keep the receipt of CCC Unit ( it was replaced 5 months ago by my brother). But the problem is although it was purchased from BMW , it was programmed outside bmw ( at another bodyshop). Now they say they will agree to replace it if I can provide the program report paper ( something like that ) from the bodyshop. And the bodyshop did not give it to me , neither able to provide it to me now . Really confused.
