The piezo style injectors in the N54 engines suffer from this issue. Also many have had their N54 injectors replaced and then magically the long crank and rough idle completely go away that occurs from a cold start.

That might be true, but the cause was not due to the injectors leaking, but something else about the performance of the injectors, such as sticking or simply dirty.

Like I said in my original post : All older type injectors, including the 261 part, will fail prematurely and result in rough idle.

This is a design flaw.

The new style injectors arrived today. The job was easy, although I spill gas over the engine a little. The car slept for almost 24 hours. After installed and coded, I operated the engine. Some up and down happened for around 5 secs then normal again. No code was thrown. I will monitor the car for a few day before put the engine cover back one. The old injector is black at tip and I can't even see the hole for gas to flow.

The weather is getting warm again, I don't know would the problem be fixed completely yet but no sign of misfire. I went and find ps4 today . Of course that I can't find one and back home empty hand . But on the way home, drive dynamic light and charging malfunction were suddenly on. The steering was hard to turn, I was panic . Fortunately, I was able to arrive home safety. I opened the hood and found my belt had shred likes hash brown . It's not that hard to replace it but it's make me wonder is that normal for it to happen at 80k miles ?
