Default Cold start misfire 535i

The temperature has started to drop in Houston. Last Saturday morning, I operated my car. It was normal for about several seconds then misfired badly. I was panic, the engine code was on. I turn off the engine then on again, everything was gone, even the engine code. I feel that somethings went wrong. That night, when the engine was cold, I took off my engine cover and check all spark plugs. The spark plug in cylinder 1 is significantly blacker, I didn't notice any "wetness". The next morning, the same thing happened again except that the engine light was on. I went to Autozone for them to check the engine light. The code was P0301. I decided to purchased a 12oz Techron since my car was 1/4 tank. I went home and booked appointment with BMW. So I met them on Tuesday morning, they worked on battery cable recall and diagnose my problem for free. It was my first time coming to dealer for services. It took them 30 mins. The SA told me that there is several issues with my car. First is that the coil in cylinder 2 went bad which cause the misfire in cylinder 1. I need to change 2 coil packs for $468. Second, I had a oil filter housing leaked, they quoted me 628 . I asked him why I need to change 2 coil packs for cylinder 2. I walked to my car, popped up the hood and told me that " You see, this is the engine cover, under there are running by 6 cylinder, there are 2 coil for cylinder 2, and it cause misfire for your cylinder 1." It's totally BS to me. I told him that I have school today and I have to go to school so I will book another appointment. I purchased a coil from a different dealer and gaskets from getBMWparts.com. I replaces coil 2, wait 8 hours, problem persisted slightly. I put the coil 2 back and replaced coil 1 then called it a day. The next morning, the weather was warm again, I operated my car. Problem was gone. I was happy . The next day in early morning, my mother told me to move the car, the temperature was low. I operated and problem came back . That afternoon, I changed spark plugs 1 and 3. Next morning still misfired, code came and gone. Spark plug number 1 still was black but no "wetness". I checked my injector and the parts number is 13537585261 for all 6. Is there any case that number 1 fail?
I forgot to mention that, I got rough idle when the weather is cold. I have a 09 535i with 81k mileages.
Here are what I have done in order:
Clean spark plug #1
12oz tech ron
new coil to #2
change new coil to #1
seafoam in tank while 1/2
change #3 plug to #1
redline S1 in tank
Seafoam through vacuum line.
I purchased new spark plugs but can't decide should I put it on or not, My plugs are 10k mile old.

Two coils for $468 is nuts. You can get 6 OE coils and 6 OE plugs for $403: BMW E60 535xi N54 3.0L Engine Ignition ES#2581944 Ignition Service Kit - E9XOEIGKT

p0301 is the number one cyl. According to the service manual. If you can read the codes with INPA you will probably see 29CD. How many miles are on the current plugs? I would change all six not just one or two. I had a similar problem four months ago and only at start up. after a few weeks I got the CE light and the codes that told me. Number six was misfiring. I changed all six plugs since they had about 45 k on them and swapped coil pack 5 with 6. Problem solved. Interestingly now it's getting cold here too and I have the stumbling again but no CE light yet only driven it twice. I will check for odes tomorrow and the car has 90 k so I imagine I'll just order six coil packs no, maybe call your buddy at that dealer and order SEVEN...!!! Ha ha what a dousche! I hear the coils don,t last much longer than the plugs. I also run a jb4 and hear the plugs will go much faster with this so is imagine the coils might too.

Well I would imagine that your 10 k plugs are ok. If you have access to INPA you can read the codes and then swap coils with another cyl to see if the code goes to that cyl.

My cable probably will arrive next week. I don't have engine light on right now, would I still able to read the code?

Yes, you should be able to still see the code. Most likely in the DME section.

I got my cable today, it works for $33.00. I got 2 code 2F9E and 2C39. I changed oil and fixed the leak today so the 2F8E should be taken care off . What should I do with 2C39?.

2F9E is oil level is low not sure if that code displays when you get the one qt low notice on the idrive.
2C39 is O2 sensor circuit slow response ( bank 1 sensor 1 )

I would clear them and start car to see if they return, if not drive for a couple of days and recheck
