As a lawyer who actually DOES medical malpractice work ;....
Just imagine what will happen when Prez Hillary mandates communist health coverage. Who will sue who then?

Who's fault will it be when things go wrong?

Got my letter today. Until you get yours, here is the website with information from the lawfirm pursuing the claim,

BMW Class-Action Information

It looks like the only remedy to the general E60 population will be a no-charge service to correct the problem, and as some have said, BMW is already covering repairs under warranty.

Based on this information, I'm planning on opting-out.

Nice tact!! If BMW is already taking care of the issue - no sense beating a "dead horse"

Passenger restraint faculty.

Made an appointment for the repairs tonight, service advisor said it's a common problem the seat mat or seat map sensors need to be replaced. Because i didn't purchase my vehicle at their dealership my extended warranty is only good at the other dealership so they will have to charge me a $50 dollar fee to look at it. And they say the parts will be covered under warranty just an heads up for the status. I don't mind paying but isn't under warranty means free? or is it because i passed the 50K, i'm at 60K right now. Anyways as long as the issues is taken care of i don't care. Keep you updated on the issue. This only problem i have so far with this car. As of up to date.

Hey guys,

I"m having the same problem also right now, but did not recieve the notification. Is heated seat considered climate control? 'm not sure what to do about this. Should I bring it in and ahve them look at it or purchase the seat sensor? I wonder how much that will cost.

What are you talking about???

Do BMW Service get any worse or better if the American people would be taken care of?

Hillary C. for President!
