Don't think the 545 can quite play with the E46 M3 if everything's equal. M3's run 107 or so trap speeds. The best I've seen for a 545 is 103 and change. Maybe a 545 with a light load and a convertible M3 with a couple people. Of course, if you're talking manual tranny's then driver skill will probably decide it.

The fact the the 545 can run so close to a car that is really much lighter and designed only for sport driving is a feat worthy of admiration! The 545 SMG with the right driver might just be spot on with an M3 - and that for a l4,000 lb luxury 4 door!

hey i went to the tack and i ran a 13.559sec i know i can beat m3

and i cant wait till dinan starts to make stuff for my car im ganna do them all and then im ganna beat them even worst and then tell them how you feel geting beat by a 4door car and not even a m powerd

i got slips to prove it
