Ordering the nav will give you the bigger screen.
Ordering HUD means, your dashboard has a big opening for the projection, it is not better just different, and the windshield has a special layer for the projection, the windshield is not thicker or better.

I knew about the 8.8 screen with navi, was just wondering if the screen was better because of added HUD than without HUD.

Get the Comfort Seats, I didn't on my 545 and am very sorry, I will have to sell it and buy a 2005 with the comfort seats. The sport seats side bolster feels like is made of wood, it is very hard and I find it extremely unconfortable.
