Which are the cornering lights ?
On my Pre_LCI with halogens I didn't see any change in the iDrive.

It lights up the corner while doing a slow turn for additional safety.
The smaller/inner round reflector of the headlight that has frosted lens (NOT w/ the kind that blank/dark lens)
No not available on pre-LCI model or even on Halogens, it's only on LCI car with Xenon adaptive headlight.

Sorry, the generic 'heating' understanding maybe correct but the scope was on KGM module more specifically on mirror function (ASP_???) not about the cabin.

Parking heater in the BMW 3 Series Sedan.
The optional remote control parking heater is ideal on cold days. It creates a warm cabin in no time, even if the engine isn't running. The system works by taking energy from the fuel system and using it to warm a water heater. At temperatures below 16 °C, the parking heater can be set to come on automatically at a given time or switched on manually at any temperature.

included my Trace file. I have the welcome lights working. (front fog lights, AE and most of the rear lights).
However nothing in idrive. Did the doing Cappl though.
What also doesn't work with is switching the lights on with the truck button on the key.

you need to have the light switch on AUTO for them to work.

Interesting. Do you have Xenon's ?

What wonders me is that there is no coding required in the LM module for the cornering lights (or at least none that i know off), only in cappl .

Also on my car with halogens the inner lights are the high beams. Surely they arn't used as cornering lights. More logic it would be that the fog lights would be used as cornering lights as in most cars today.
