Plz don't say Polmolive!

Everytime I get a car wash or it rains theres black grease spots on my fenders and doors coming from my wheels! It's pretty hard to wipe off with just water and a cloth, what's a good grease cleaning product I can use?

Also what's the best product to get the new shine back on my stainless steel muffler tips?

I've had no problem just using something as simple as Turtle Wax Bug and Tar remover on those spots.

Mothers makes two excellent products, Mothers Chrome Polish or Mothers Mag & Alum. Polish. Either one will give you excellent results.

All these products can be found at any store like Walmart.

If you have stainless steel cookware like All Clad, you probably already know about the best product to use to keep them looking new- Bar Keepers friend. The stuff is pretty cheap, you can get them at your grocery store and it has worked better than any metal polish I have ever used. I've had better success with the powdered version not the liquid version. When I bought my used 04 525i, the exhaust tips looked like it had 10 years of aging and oxidation. I tried using a few different metal polishes, to no avail. I had contemplated buying new ones. It was actually my wife's idea to try the bar keepers friend. And wow, did it worked like a charm. The exhaust tips look brand new! Took a little elbow grease though and a used toothbrush to get at the crevices. Again, use the powdered version, don't use the liquid version.

I always have grease spots on my motorcycle, especially after greasing the chain.
A cheap and very easy way to get rid of that grease (body panels, rims etc.) is just regular sunflower oil right out of your wife's or GF's kitchen .

Try it, it realy works like nothing else!

Rocky, I use this on my exhaust tips...Never-Dull wadding polish. It's gets the black junk off and also will remove any contaminants, tar, etc. It works great, and you can find it at PepBoys or wherever.
