TCU and Sunroof problem

ok.. my car is currently 51800 miles...
now i suddnely have TCU problem and Sunroof problem...
my headliner got wet so i went there before 50k.. and replaced headliner... and now it is wet again and now my tcu went bad...
do you think tcu is bad because headliner is wet?? maybe like short in wire because of water?
what do i need to do besides sell it and get a new car?

Have them check the seal for the sunroof... they seem to be failing a bunch now.
