I'm taking what info I DO have and starting a civil suite monday morning. I just have to go down to the county courthouse and write a check for $28 - once I start it we can add names, dollar amounts and so forth. If the number of people exceed 20, we can file a class action lawsuit which would put Tony in JAIL.
Hey adam I pm'd you my phone number. If you need any help call me and let me know what I can do.

Good thing I did not order a kit from him. I've been scammed so many times before in various ways. Mostly involving paypal and the sh!t system which it is. Disputes where it only lets the seller do the talking, and I can't respond and I get shafted of out 100's of dollars.

Just my .02, take it or leave it (I have no horse in this race)

..........I think there appears to be way too many threats and similar kinds of language being thrown around here towards Tony. Remember this is very public forum and if you guys are seriously talking about taking legal action.........You may be giving Tony way too much ammunition to throw back at you in a case.....

Very good point. You guys should also look into if Tony was acting as a sole proprietor, or if he set up a corp, LLC, or pshp. If corp or LLC, you guys might be SOL...You can take leagal action against the entity (not sure any assets remain), not Tony, unless a judge agrees that he "pierced the corp veil" and therefore eliminating the unlimited liability a corp/llc provides.

Good luck guys. I hate to see good people get taken advantage of.

For those who say take your money out of WAMU, unless you're accounts total over $100k there's no point since you're covered by the FDIC. The ONLY reason IndyMac failed was because consumers got scared and withdrew massive amounts at a time. Had no one touched their money at IndyMac there would've been NO issue.

I REPEAT ONLY MOVE MONEY IF YOUR ACCOUNT'S ARE OVER $100K. THE FIDC WILL COVER UP TO $100K.

How long do you think it would take for the FDIC to refund everyones money? sorry for being off topic

RE: Indymac - the FDIC promised people they could access their money in 1-2 weeks after the takeover. Not sure if that meant all of it or part of your money.

Thumbs down

Well if you read my previous post (http://forums.e60.net/index.php?s=&s...dpost&p=620222), he is operating under false pretenses - meaning that he is using an inactive Inc. entity. This rat bastard needs to be fried! Anyone up for rat kebabs?
