I'm beyond annoyed. I talked with Bank of America again today and was basically told that I'm not getting a refund via them for my purchase of an m-tech kit from Tony because his bank is unwilling to "work with them". What the hell does that mean? I've wasted countless hours on the phone with my bank and paypal and haven't gotten anywhere. I'm ready to take this into a civil suit and am wondering if anyone else wants to join me. I have his old paint shop's address and am sure I can get somewhere based on that. I can't believe it's come to this, but f*** it. Bank of America can KISS MY A$$ on top of it too. I have over $20k cash with them, have been a member for over 10 years, and have a credit card with them that I spend in excess of $25k a year on. I'm closing ALL accounts and moving somewhere else. If ANY OF YOU would like to join me in a civil suite, please post on here so we can compile names, purchase dates, amounts etc. I'm done being nice.

I am tired of BofA as well, I opened a new account elsewhere, when all is settled in the next few weeks, I will close my BofA account.
As for your legal action, sorry about you not being able to get your money back. I have no idea why Paypal has not helped you, unless you went past 45 days, then yes I can see why.
Have you talked to Tony on getting you a refund?

Tony says he has no money to refund me with, and according to B of A - his bank is unwilling to cooperate. (Is that legal even?) I'm calling the DA for his county now.
