There is only one "Chalikian Investments" registered in the State of Florida. This is just what I have obtained thus far from a little research. More to come....

 

Can we start some sort of list to see who has outstanding orders with quad_m ? We can put together a tentative list of names/amounts owed and as a group, retain legal services. By the way, what was the cell phone number... someone can do a background check to get some more information. First name / last name, address, etc. It doesnt look like he used a legitimate entity to conduct business. So if there were legal action, the judgment would be attached to his own name forever until it gets paid.

I'm taking what info I DO have and starting a civil suite monday morning. I just have to go down to the county courthouse and write a check for $28 - once I start it we can add names, dollar amounts and so forth. If the number of people exceed 20, we can file a class action lawsuit which would put Tony in JAIL.

Too bad it could come to that for him. But, $2000 per person is a lot to sit on for 6 months or longer. If he would show some progress and be honest ("I hope to complete so and so's by X and get to yours aftwards") AND deliver SOME product, but in watching these threads, I've seen no completions in weeks. It is long past the end of acceptible excuses.

He would be smart to find a decent body shop, and get the product out even if taking a loss and delaying his current orders AND refund those not willing to wait. But that doesn't appear to be the direction he's heading down.

I think Florida ranks #1 in the number of total convicted con artists. I could be wrong, but from my past experience, most of them have Florida address.

If there is anyone out there still doubting that "Tony" has good intentions and has hopes, then you need help fast. Really, I mean it.
