I agree. I think its because of their foreman. I am actually going to travel all the way out to Jersey (over 100 miles away) to prestige BMW to get my Bluetooth activated. I will keep everyone posted. My appointment is for Dec 21rst.

PS. Have you found an alternative on Long Island?

Mr.Touya, I live up in the Westchester area now, but when I was on the Island I ended up taking my car to Pace BMW in Mammaroneck, westchester for servicing.I could no longer deal with Habberstad. It was a complete difference in attitude and service level. I would give those guys (PaceBMW) a call to see if they can activate your blue tooth before going all the way to Jersey.

Im having a problem with bluetooth and I haev an 05, I dont think its the just dealer, it just seems to be a HUGE amount of internal confusion within BMWNA.
