Yes, 285/30/19 is a closer match for the diameter. There are plenty of people using 285's and I don't remember reading/hearing any complaints of rubbing. As long as you calculate your offsets correctly, there should be no issues. If you are going with a 9.5 inch wide rims in the back, the 285 is a bit of an overkill, so many people choose 275's to save some money. If you're going with a 10 inch wides, you'll need a 285 tire.
Congrats on the 535 - its a great machine! I wish you the best of luck with it and hope you share some pics (especially, when you hook it up

I just dropped my 535xi with H&R's. Love the handling now and the ride is a bit "bouncy" but nothing noticeable unless I told you that I was not stock.

It will go a little lower bc it's still settling. (just had them installed 2 days ago)

Has anybody had any long term test results from their kw's? I wanna get a set and try them out but my dealer says lowering the xi will affect the drive angles? So has anyone had and trouble with the xi with lowering?

Adjusting isn´t big deal. If you have staggered wheel setup (275 rear) you should only change the rear camber from -2 degrees to the minimum as far as it goes (I have -1.16) so that the inside of the rubber doesn´t wear out. Other than that we used the normal settings for caster and everything else.
About the long term experiences, the suspension for x-Drive was released last year. I have the first e61 x-Drive KW3 in Finland and the finnish importer said there´s only one KW3 sold to e60 x-Drive last year. I took my car to the same company who installed the e60 XD and they said he haven´t had any problems with the suspension.
Mika
EDIT yeah the dealer have to say that since the suspension is not OEM and BMW factory product. Anyways people in these forums have a lot of experience from the lowered x-models and I haven`t read any complaints about the lowering except the one with the lowering springs and the bumbstops.

Drive angles? What drive angles ... ![Confused](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/confused.gif)
I've been using H&R Sport springs for more than 2 years at over 21K miles along with 19" staggered wheels/tires setup on it w/o problem whatsoever ...

Add another, I just added a 2006 E60xiT to the stable.. only been a couple of hours, but I joined the groups weeks ago when I identified the purchase goal of a 2006 BMW wagon.
Stella joins;
E39 M5 with 108,000 miles (Hank the Blue Beast)
E30 with over 170,000 (Farrah - golden 80's star)
E38 740iL (Halle the Black Beauty) gone now, with way too much invested...
