That looks a lot bigger than a 600x100 pic. Mine's 248x100. The sig pics that Frank (mrfva) did for some of the other guys were 600x100 and they're as thin as mine, just longer.
Again, from my perspective, it's not just about the pic size, it's about where the bottom of the signature falls in relation to the user information block on the right side. Generally, the entire signature (pic and text) should fall right around the bottom of the member information block if a one or two line reply is posted. I think that's what I mentioned in the other thread (and if this contradicts what I said before, the other thread wins!)

For what it's worth, pjinca's pic, as it is now, is 558x174. The 174 is why it looks taller than the others that fall into the 600x100 size...

Yep I remember your comments on that thread. And FWIW, I also remembered you said it was okay for mine to go past the user information block a bit. ![Big Grin](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/biggrin.gif)

Some will go over just a bit and some, like mine, will be under. Obviously, we have to set the bar somewhere and we will step in when people abuse the guidelines and go way over.

Okay, after typing the above, I got an idea...
To make things easier to understand, I've created a thread in the test forum to explain the signature size guidelines and give people a chance to test their sigs to see how they measure up...![Thumbsup](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/thumbsup.gif)

Hello folks,
on behalf of the moderating and admin team of 5series.net I have added the posting rules to all forums as an announcement.
Please take the time to read this post. The most of it is old news, but some things are new.
As a next step we will change the registration site itself. The text in the above announcement is slightly different. Please take note of the Carfax part!
We will try to designate a tab on the upper left of our forums for this, so it will always be there and reachable with one click.
The current two announcements will stay for some time before they will become regular posts here in the site comments forum.
Thank you.
