Default Obnoxiously loud squealing when braking. (Video)

Hey guys! so my car is obnoxiously squealing when braking. lol i first thought maybe it was the pads but i just changed out the brake pads and rotors, also the old pads still had some thickness. my second thought was that the brake pad sensor was scrapping or something but it is happening on all wheels so I've ruled that out. to me it sounds like it is coming from between the rotor and wheel and not from the caliper itself. the squealing only happens at slow stops such as below and completely goes away when driving 10+ mph and braking. my dad has a mechanic friend who is going to check it out but let me know what you guys think. THANKS!

I say take everything apart and make sure nothing is stuck somewhere. I'd be scared to drive it sounding like that.

+1, and don't forget to put Permatex® Disc Brake Quiet or similar product to the back side of all disc brake pads. Always use proper bolt tightening technique (star pattern) with correct torque to all bolts during wheel install to prevent rotor warping. Also a proper brake bedding in won't hurt.

Either parking brake is stuck in partially engaged position or one of the calipers is sticking.
