Can't log in on my laptop??

My Ride: 02" Porsche Carrera 911
So i thought i was booted from this forum, and i was very surprised since i did nothing. It seems i cannot log into e60 on my laptop, i have no idea why, i log in then says your logged in for a second then when goes back to the screen it says sign in, if i try to post it says your posting privalages are not avaialable or something like that...i don't get it!

My Ride: 08 550 Carbon Sport Almost everything factory, but no sound upgrades.
I can't be very specific but some browsers behave differently than others. I think Rudy put me on to this some months ago.
To get full features of E60 I have to use Internet Explorer. My usual browser Firefox and some E60 stuff just does not work.
Don't know if this is relevant to your issue or not.

Are you able to login and get to the main forum page? If so, you might want to try clicking on the "delete all cookies used by this board" link then logging in again.
It sounds like it's either a browser issue or a cookie issue to me...

well i just got my laptop back and i can't log in, i sign in then the box that says says you are now logged in pops up but then when the page loads the red thing that says welcome gues it still on, i'm using explorer and my lap top is clean of cookies,

My main PC is having the same problem you are describing since I have installed XP SP3 last week
. I have tried everything to no avail; up to even re-installing XP and Internet Explorer 7). My other PC and laptop have not had this issue since the install. I have taken my PC to a friends computer shop to see what the deal is; I should have it back on Tursday of this week and will let you know asap with a post what the issue was.
