Clean sweep is what I had also been looking into, but wasn't sure if I needed the summing device. Are there other options available or is that the best option? I have found lc8 and lc6 but again I know little when it comes down this road.

Yes, you will need the summing device. Another popular option is to get a Jbl Ms-8 DSP

The OEM amp harness alone is $45 shipped, but again you will need another harness to access the iDrive speaker outputs if your plan is not to cut any OEM wires. Unfortunately I do not have any more of the iDrive harnesses available and I do not know when I will have more in stock -if ever.

I am assuming this is the harness I would need to set up a signal processor then and not the bass harness or would I need both? If this is the case, I would take both you can e-mail me tyler.newland@gmail.com, if and when you get more. Just looking for cleanest way to go about all of this without hacking harnesses of course, plus you obviously know what your stuff with all of this, would be nice to talk about the direction to go rather than reading all these forums that half of the post contradict eachother.

The harness for $45 is exactly the one in the picture without the LOC.

You would need both harnesses if you want to install a processor for all your speakers in your HiFi system.
