Well, there are other people who posted more than I did. Why don't you go to those people, too? I've asked Mark to remove my threads awhile ago, but he said he couldn't do so. Maybe you can help me out?

Great, why don't you just set up a rule "NO REPLICA HERE"?? Don't try to act or sound like you own this forum.

Yes, we all like C's Bimmer

Now, let's take a step back ... if I remember correctly, this wasn't really an
issue until a "certain someone" attempted to turn this forum into eBay.

Typical problem solving scenario:
  1. Identify problem
  2. Attempt to fix problem
  3. Attempt failed
  4. Problem refuses to fix itself
  5. Ban problem
  6. Done
  7. E60.net = happy place again

I think maybe you guys are being a little too hasty towards jbspeed, I agree he's been bumping his threads excessively as of late. However the more honest vendors on here offering different products will only benefit us in the end, the greater number of vendors trying to sell similar products helps lower the prices for the consumers (thats us). Prices from the vendors on here currently I find a little high, I'm still fairly new here and came over from the e46fanatics forum where there were lots of good vendors and the pricing on things from that board were a lot better then the pricing we are getting here. I find myself still going back to the e46 board to buy items that will work for my e60 simply because they are better priced there. As for replicas, everyone is selling them and honestly why not, who wants to spend like a $1000 on a acs traunk spoiler that no one can tell the difference from a $150 replica one unless you tell them its not replica. Thats just my opinion but I do agree that we should seperate out the vendors from the private sellers and I think that the board should start charging the vedors monthly fees to operate there business here.

His pricing isn't any better than eBay.

My price might not be cheaper than Ebay, but I'm sure my quality is better. If you wanna talk about Ebay here, why dont' you just go shop on Ebay. There is no need to even have a classified section.
