I'm thinking a venue in Vaals, west of Aachen on the Dutch/German border, which also includes the "drielanden punt" (the point where all 3 countries of Netherlands, Germany and Belgium intersect) - it seems to have various culinary arrangements including barby...
Looks good to me.

OK, I will phone up today and see if they have room for us (20-25 people) on the 18th at around 13:30.

From previous experience, you can confirm which food you want a few days ahead of the event -- it should be fresh produce afterall! The buffet is the way forward, because it means they can plan in advance and have it already by the time we arrive with our empty stomachs

According to the map/route planner that Andy posted above, its a 1 hour drive from BMW Hammer to the restaurant. Providing 530dA doesn't decide to blow his Turbo again, we should be able to make it in good time

If you are not sure about the size order the smaller one because they are a little bit larger than normal European size.
Any chances to get the T-shirts measures in cm/inch from the provider?
something like this:

I would appreciate that, as it is an eternal problem for me..
(I have several Mediums out of which some seem like real S, while some other (American) ones are like at least nice big spacy L ... )
It is so hard to determine these things that I would rather refrain from ordering the wrong one if impossible to determine the size more precisely...

320d Touring, Rusty and I are meeting up at the La Place Laren (just off the Laren exit on the A1) to kick off our mini-convoy. The plan is to be there in time to leave at 8am. You're more than welcome to join us there, or at some point further down the road.

Thanks, but the thing I need is a (preferably) large picture of only the DSC-off logo. Once I got something to work with (and the exact measurements of the different sizes of the shirt) I will send IBAN and BIC code to the guys that send (or have already send) me a pm to order a shirt so they can transfer the 20 euros. Once I have got the payment for at least 8 of the 10 needed orders I will order them the same day. So please someone find me a picture to work with. I also have to point out that there will be a logo on the front or the back and not one large on one side and a small on the other, that is possible but the cost for the shirts will be 25 euros and they all need to be the same.
