OK, I will phone up today and see if they have room for us (20-25 people) on the 18th at around 13:30.
From previous experience, you can confirm which food you want a few days ahead of the event -- it should be fresh produce afterall! The buffet is the way forward, because it means they can plan in advance and have it already by the time we arrive with our empty stomachs
According to the map/route planner that Andy posted above, its a 1 hour drive from BMW Hammer to the restaurant. Providing 530dA doesn't decide to blow his Turbo again, we should be able to make it in good time

I would appreciate that, as it is an eternal problem for me..
(I have several Mediums out of which some seem like real S, while some other (American) ones are like at least nice big spacy L ... )
It is so hard to determine these things that I would rather refrain from ordering the wrong one if impossible to determine the size more precisely...
