I bet they can't wait to join their Steelers buddies for some golf.
Actually, I never do any trash talking until AFTER the fact, but I think that Welker's loss may be a blessing in disguise because the Pats shine best under adversity. Someone will see this as an opportunity to a meal ticket and will come up big time; this is how Tom Brady came through the ranks, and thank God for that. I just feel sorry for those poor Colts.......

You know that the Raiders were on their way to knocking the Ravens out of playoff contention yesterday....until 3rd string qb Charlie frye was unable to play the second half. When Jamarcus Russell came into the game at qb every Raider Fan as well as any team rooting for a Raven loss just hung their head and sighed deeply. A few 3 and outs with an interception and lost fumble mixed in, Russell again proved why he is the biggest qb bust in the history of the NFL. Pathetic !

I agree, I was one of those hoping for a Ravens loss. I knew as soon as Russell came into the game that the Steelers would be home for the playoffs. How sad is that? The 3rd stringer was playing better than the #1 overall pick? I told friends that are Raiders fans before they drafted him - THey should've gotten Calvin Johnson.

I said in week 1 Tom Cable had this team turned around and fired up. I think the season the raiders had was better than most expected. Still terrible but Run DMC was hurt most of the year, they have no number 1 wr's, and shuffled between 3-4 qbs all year. Atleast Tom Cable has this team playing hard till the end unlike Tom Coughlin in New York.

Or, the Steelers could have just won their division on their own and not rely on other teams. Don't worry bro, the numbness will set in soon enough.
Ok, ya got me there. If the defense doesn't rank 28th in 4th Q points allowed and blows the lead in the 4th 6 times we aren't having this discussion - they would be well on their way to #7.
