Tom Brady has had Randy Moss for 1 full season. The 50 TD season is the first and only full season Tom Brady had REAL wr's. David Pattern left the pats - he sucks. Deion Branch left the pats - has maybe 24 catches in the NFL since he left. Troy Brown was never amazing. Peyton Manning has had one of the best supporting cast in the nfl for the past 8 years. Tom Brady was dominating peyton in the big games without Moss and Welker.
Last night was a different story....peyton was amazing and his rookie wr's made 1 play. 1 48 yard td. NOTHING else. Dallas Clark had 183 yards, other than that it was one play.
Peyton has had the supporting cast. Tom Brady got a supporting cast of REAL wr's in 2007 and broke nfl records.
If i remember correctly Peyton Manning in his only super bowl victory didnt play amazing. It was then rookie Joesph Addai who had an amazing game running ball. Peyton won the mvp on 25 of 38 passes for 247 yards. That's 10 yards per completion and 3.8 yards per attempt. Far from impressive. Manning threw 1 touchdown, but also threw 1 interception. Manning also had a turnover on a fumble. His QB rating was 81.8. All this while Addai had 143 total yards and was peytons leading receiver. Peyton Manning has been the nfl's golden boy much like Lebron James is in the NBA. There is no doubt Manning is great but to insinuate that he has had less of a supporting cast than Tom Brady is extremely stupid. Dont let your hate for the pats cloud your judgement.

Super Bowl MVP's don't mean much - Trent Dilfer got one for Christ's sake!!!! All he had to do was show up and the D was gonna win that for him.

im not just talking about super bowls but since you went there i will finish it...
2003 super bowl: threw for 354 yards with 3 touchdowns and set the record for most completions by a QB in the Super Bowl. With a min to go lead the pats down the field for game winning field goal. HMMMMMMM
2004 superbowl: threw for 236 yards and 2 touchdowns. HMMMMM
2001: yea he threw for an extremely low total but had zero int's. In the 3 super bowls he has won he has ZERO int's. COUNT EM ZERO.
.....point was mannings supporting cast > bradys. Brady finally got the type of supporting cast peyton has had his whole life. Brady threw for 50 tds, 16 wins, and was a miracle head catch away from his 4 ring.
Oh and btw brady has more superbowl mvps then the golden boy has super bowls.

After 3 years, the word "cheating" still circulates when even their "God" Parcell admitted on air that it was something normal that all teams did in the past. Well, I guess this is one ugly thing that Belichick learned from Parcell that Giants fans won't own up to, but they take credit for Parcell teaching him everything else even though the guy has won more superbowls than Parcell. Bottom line, Parcell cannot win superbowls without Belichick. Belichick can win Superbowls without Parcell. Hate him or love him, he will win at least another superbowl in the next 3 years.

We must keep in mind that the "Golden boy" has 3 NFL MVP awards for seasons work - Brady? 1 - and he had to throw 50TD's to do it. Granted Peyton has but one SB ring, however he has never had the defense that Brady enjoyed (when was the last time the Colt's D was in the top 10 in the league?). Bottom line - if you absolutely positively need to win the game NOW!! Go with Peyton - he showed why last night, blitz in his face and he completes a TD pass to a rookie!!! Give the man his due, I am no Colts fan but DAYAMN - Manning is better period.

Peyton wins regular season mvps while brady is winning sb's and sb mvp's. I think brady likes his hardware a little more.
