I am beginning to sound like a broken record but I have reached a milestone. I am now spending more time on weather.com and the national hurricane center site than the E60 forum. The latest one appears to be the worst. It appears bad things do come in threes. Attached is what Frances did to the backyard of one of my rental properties. Immediately after the storm you could literally step out the back door and into the Gulf of Mexico. We will be rebuilding the beach tomorrow and be boarding up for the next few days. Mother Nature is a B@#$%!

 

I know how you feel. NC takes a hit like that sometimes and rivers flood like crazy. Hope everything turns out okay and be safe.
