My Ride: 2008 535i, 6spd mtx, Monaco Blue w/Beige interior. Sport, Preimum, Logic 7/HD/I-Pod/USB, Nav sys, rear sunshade, HUD, PDC, Split seats,
All, I recently purchased a "HomeDock with Music Remote" for my IPod to play tunes on my home stereo system. This is made by DLO (Digital Lifestyle Outfitters) and is pretty slick. It downloads your playlists into the remote until so you can changes songs, etc from anywhere in the house. My issue is that after I start the play list it will only play 3 to 5 songs then will stop 
I'm using the IPod (80G Classic) plugged into the docking station per instructions and can't figure out why it keeps doing this?
Anyone have an idea why this is happening?

I don't have one of these but, after reading the owners manual online I think you need to go to setting up you remote menu and re-do the downloading of your playlist.......they say if a button is pressed during that process it will stop the download, maybe you did that by accident.

mp - thanks for the suggestion, but the entire playlist did dowload to the remote. I can scroll through and select any of the song titles just fine, it just stops playing after 3 to 5 songs. When I go to the remote menu, it will be in the "Pause" mode and I have to reselect play...

Could be or more likley it's just me
I'm going to try checking all the IPod settings and see if there is anything creating a conflict with the DLO unit...the DLO unit takes over all control from the Ipod when it's connected, perhaps there is a setting on the IPod that I need to change. I was using the Ipod in the 535 yesterday and it played through the playlist with no issues...thanks mp for your suggestions!
