Also, from Jan 08, you'll have to buy a vignette for Belgium too. Not sure yet whether it will be an as-used or annual/other fixed charge though.
Huh? Their roads are so bad they ought to pay the DRIVER!

Anyway, with no border controls, I'll take the risk for any "cut-throughs". I didn't pay in Austria!!

Hall, like most other small towns we have visited in Europe, is a wonderful little, neat-as-a-pin town. I really have no basis for comparison, but it seems like an affluent little town. Our hotel is excellent +. It is a truly outstanding complete remodel. I have two new pics. With the exception of a good-sounding Bentley coupe that took off before I could movie or photo it, I now have my first shot of an outstanding car. The second pic speaks for itself.

She made Wank a bit like (a) hotel California (you can check in, but never leave) or (b) Rome (all roads lead there). Maybe she was wanking my chain ( ).

Right on Bro. I looked for Wank on a huge map of Germany--that we brought. I could not find Wank. But, I found Nesselwang in about the right place. And, if you look at the Wank sign above, then you will see that it says "Mark: Nesselwang." I am not sure what all that means except now I think that Nav Lady has been Wanking my wang. And, yes, the programmer is wanker and a wang. Siemens VDO, bah humbug! More later.

Oh and remember to keep to the speed limit in Switzerland, speeding fines are pretty horrific over there!

I expect they do the job for locals. But visitors with foreign plates?

Now, a cops in a car or on bikes with portable equipment and an "on the spot fine", that's a different story...

Znod...sounds like your having a great time on your vacation! Thanks for the entertaining pics and hope to see more. Our company has an office in Koln Germany...never been there but I hope to soon. Have you been able to take advantage of any of the high speed roads in your rental?
