Hey BMW THE BEST,

First of all as mentioned repeatedly in this thread, I don't believe you own a BMW. If you did you would not be on this forum contradicting yourself over and over. You say BMW's are inferior to Audi and MB and then turn around and say you own two BMW's and you love them. Your hook on this forum is BMW THE BEST, but everything you post trashes BMW worse than any other member I've seen. Are you retarded? That would be the only way any of your posts make any sense. If BMW is so inferior why didn't you spend your hard earned money on an Audi or MB? I'll tell you why, for the same reason that just about every wealthy person in the world who can afford it OWNS AT LEAST ONE BMW if not more...because it's THE ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINE!!! A car company can't just say that about their cars, they have to back it up which BMW has done for many decades!! There is a reason that BMW's fly off the showroom floors worldwide with price tags of $50k - $90k, because these cars are amazing! I have never driven another car that even remotely compares to the BMW driving experience.

MB in my opinion is for oldheads who can afford something more expensive than a Cadillac or Buick. Audi is doing it's best to ride the coat tails of BMW and say it's on the same level, but if you look at the history of both cars, Audi has been trying to define itself for many years, never really finding its place in the industry until recently. Whereas BMW has always been a confident solid car maker never needing to partner up with another auto maker to define themselves or the performance of their vehicles! Besides that BMW has always been the leader in ingenuity by inventing most of the major functions that all modern cars use to this day. Do a search on automobile patents over the last 40 years pertaining to ABS brake systems, steering and engine designs.

There will always be flaws, glitches and problems with a percentage of vehicles that come off the assembly line of any auto maker. But BMW hasn't tricked so many wealthy people worldwide into spending ridiculous amounts of money on their cars. People buy these cars because they know they are getting quality, luxury and performance like no other! So in conclusion sell your imaginary BMW's and get yourself an oldhead MB boat to drive. Although you are entitled to your opinion, STUPIDITY is not allowed on this forum I'm done with you, GET LOST SCRUB!!

Maybe its a clever/cynical (delete as appropriate) ,marketing move by BM.

Ha yes sir sorry about the recall, it's very minor but we like to be 100% sure. While you're here have you had a look round the F10, maybe we could organise a test drive, and get a valuation on your E60 while you here.......................................

No need for irony. I just expressed my opinion. If you have any evidence proving the opposite, I'd be glad to see it (but I'm more than sure that you won't be able to give any evidence, because BMW heavily loses to Mercedes-Benz in nearly all surveys in terms of reliability).
Your dumb as a box of rocks. Your bashing the whole BMW image based on one or two cars. That's telling us your uneducated

OP--You have obviously not owned a recent model mercedes or an Audi. I have owned 4 Mercedes and 3 Audis, and 7 BMWs including 2001 M3 and with my recent acquisition of e61 wagons for my wife and myself, I will beg to differ on bmw quality. I seriously doubt you can honestly find a Mercedes owner who will completely agree with you on the quality level of Mercedes. I just dumped my wife 2006 E500 wagon after spending several thousand dollars on the airmatic suspension for which is the most unreliable system ever. In addition, Mercedes knew they had a defective radiator that destroyed many transmissions, but took the high road and not recall the raditor to prevent future transmission damage. If you don't believe me just google search "Valeo & Mercedes Transmission"--you will find a ton of owner?s complaints and distress. So spare me your subjective and misguided opinion

Switched from an Audi and it had tons of issues as well, funny that he supports a product which he's never owned. But I gotta say, we need people like this to keep me entertained while I'm at work.

waiting for bmw the best to revive this thread....

hey, I think you're entitled to your opinion and a lot of us BMW fans had issues with our cars but it could've happened with any other car manufacturer out there. cars are complex machines, and as such they can have problems. I think the issue here is not that you are showing your discontent with a recall but that you are expressing that BMW is an inferior brand compared to AUDI and MERCEDES and that my friend is a very bold and uneducated statement, specially without appreciable facts. I have an AUDI and 3 Bimmers and I can tell you that BMWs are cars that seal your soul, cars that drive better, cars that represent something that has keep generations lurking after em, and cars with a legacy. if you think MERCEDES and AUDI rock your boat, then by all means get em and sign in their forums but obviously here we are more inclined on the BMW side, and we are not the only ones if you look at the RepTrack 2012. bottom line, BMW have problems, as every other car brand have, and I think we can discuss em in a friendly manner, furhtermore, we ought to do so because this is how the brand evolves. but I think that if every car manufacturer have problems, why not pick the one that rocks your world the best, the one that suits your style and personality the best? for me and most guys in here, that brand have three letters and they're spelled BMW!!!
