F10 Discussion Anything and everything to do with the F10 5 Series. The F10 made it's debut in 2010 as a MY2011.

Who's planning on buying first year F10?

Maybe because it's not a US company.

Seriously, in a country where one can get millions for beeing stupid, when going to court, I wouldn't bring all options to the US either.

Once I placed my order it can't be cancelled, so we get everything we want.
Funny you should say that. I leased my 550 from dealer stock because someone had ordered it and then cancelled it. Their loss was my gain.

Iceman is probably talking about ordering an "Individual" car which may not be able to be canceled. They don't offer Individual in the US...

In Europe and elsewhere, you have to take a car once it's ordered. That's not the case in the US - by law. And that's one of the reasons that BMW doesn"t bring every option to the US. BMWNA doesn't want to get stuck with a crazily optioned car that someone doesn't accept.

I'm up in July 2010 and will extend my lease until the F10 arrives. Hopefully Dinan will have software for the TT V8 by then since the engine has been out in the X6 and 7 series for a while.

What I mean by white cheap-looking plastic panels under the glass of front reflectors:
(unfortunatelly on photos it looks muuuuuch better than in reality where it simply sucks and feels so cheap....)

It is shocking how much more expensive BMWs are outside of the USA.
Yes, you're right.. A new 760Li cost around 520.000 USD (!!!) in Norway.. A 750i xDrive cost around 400.000 USD!!!
