Just curious to see who the pioneers are going to be.

I'll likely be leasing, not buying one...

+1. I bought a first year E60 and fortunately had no issues. But I think leasing would be the safe path...
With the F10, I assume there will be a bit more stability on the software end of things since everything keeps getting refined over time and I believe that for the most part, the code is designed to be portable across models that have similar features, etc. I can only hope that I'll be able to order a car with the TT V8 and a DSG transmission... :wow: |
I won't be getting it the first year... did that with my 2004 E60 and missed out on a few features (like BT, MP3, etc.).
Will likely wait for 3rd year! |
Rudy, I thought DSG was an Audi/VW tranny, in the Bimmer we have the DCT...
As to the OP, I too am feeling inclined towards leasing a TT V8 F10, but not sure whether I'll be doing it first year of production. Certainly hope so though  |

My 550i lease is up in October 2010. If the F10 is available, I'd certainly consider it, along with the M3 sedan.
