Now you need to update some pics to the new pic thread

How do the brakes feel with the new discs and pads? More power?
Well...I'm not totally happy with the paint job (the shade of color) and for example headlamp washers cover plates are still been painted We will see what happens with that after I have discussed about it with the painter.

I've also tested CF in cockpit and doors (instead of dark wood) and black gloss lists in windows, but I just can't decide

Brakes are ok. They are much more effective than my originals but they were badly worn-out already, so it is not a fair comparison.

I'll try to add some small photo into that thread ...

Can someone suggest me a place where I could get a pair of LCI tail-lights? And what is the price for those approximately? Cables I can get from Bruce??

Hello !!

I do have a complete set of LCI-lights for sale. Both front and rear with OEM cabels.

Send mail if you are interested.

Hey guys,

All the mods are looking good; this weekend I have installed some 19" Styling 128 Rims, but I still need to do some more stuff:
  • Eibach Pro-Kit (lowering 30mm - ond order)
  • M-sports tupperware kit ;-)
  • Tinting

I will post more pics when done.

Mods so far:
- iPad car-kit
- OEM iPod integration
- Replaced on-board professional phone by OEM bluetooth
- Custom remap by Evolve: 265bhp & 625Nm

Cheers,
Liam

Nice list of mods you have there and the 128s look great -- don't get me started, I think the other members have heard me praise these enough already!

IMHO you should really add the shaddow line trim to your list of mods. Most members here have done it my having the vinyl wrapped in matt or high gloss black.

Looking forward to seeing pics of it when its all up together and enjoy those extra horses from the remap...

Well, it took 1.5 years, but today, I finally got the M5 SMG shifter installed in my E61!

It took 15 minutes... The BMW Tech made it look so easy.

I got the shifter from ///Marco.it (he bought it from his parts department in Italy, and sent it to me) and the wiring harness was made by a member of this site.

I don't have any pics of it in my car, but there are other E60 owners here that have posted pics.

Here is one:
