I bought the sencom wiring loom a little over a week ago to address my hatch issues. Initially I contacted them about US shipping, confirmed as they responded almost instantly then placed an order and paid via PayPal. I replied again and requested the items be mailed out as soon as possible - my car is in the shop, taken apart awaiting parts. They replied that they hope to ship it next day...that was the last communication reply that I got.
I get that it’s getting close to holiday season, but it’s been a week - neither of my further emails in regard to the tracking number have been answered.
Anyone have any communication issues with them? I saw a phone number on their page, but my conversational german is nill, so I suspect they rely on google translate for emails.
Thoughts?

I went back and forth with them by email a few times when I purchased my kits, they seemed to be fairly responsive. Shipping was by DHL and it took about a week. Might be slow due to the holidays?

Let us know how it goes when you install the splices. I've done this - if you have any questions just ask.

thanks! Already had a shop take care of it along with pcv and ccv. It’s been quite a money pit.
in the last year I replaced vcg, pcv, ofhg, ocg, wp, thersmost, hoses, accessory belt, pulleys, oil pan gasket, rebuild manual shifter assembly with new bushings... probably a ton of other stuff I’m forgetting and now this.
Happy e61’ing all !!
