And at home:
It's a lovely car... all the best for a super set of wheels - enjoy it

Last time I was in Tennessee was 1991 - in the dead of winter... very hilly and scenic, but also snowy full of snow and ice. I envisage that the xdrive will be very useful there

Wait until Daisy will strike you in the north
today we had about 15cm new snow, my alpine white car looks like crap! It's so cold that the snow in the footwell doesn't melt in the night, I get in the car in the morning and there's already snow, even before getting in
This low pressure area fucked us really up here in Germany!

worst thing is, even if I would go and wash my car, after 1 km it would look exactly like before the carwash..
footwell is the same. You clean it with the vac and one day later it's like the day before..It breaks my heart

At least with your Alpine White you can rinse it off with water to rid of the worst of it and don't have to worry about water marks. With (Carbon) Black you need to make sure its all wiped down, so it needs a proper clean if you don't want to destroy your paint and cloth

Well, I washed my car yesterday for the first time in app. 3 weeks.. Haven't really felt like washing it with teperatures hitting -20 to -30 celsius. Now it is quite normal winter temperatures here in southwest Finland about -4 celsius..

why should it destroy paint and cloth?

I never had a black car, so don't throw stones on me for not knowing it

I haven't washed mine in a month... Aside from the rear glass and headlight.

It is a mess.
