Thanks, I guess that what I'll have to do. I normally post at bimmerfest but I liked the idea of an E61 section only. Afterall, here is where I found the ICS group buy for the E61coilovers, which by the way I should receive early next week

Should have split the topics up. The M2 was just a random thought. Saw a few pics and thought it looked good.

I'm friends with Troy Jeup, the guy who has rebuilt and sold a hell of a lot of S85 V10s now from the M5 and M6. He's a car nut through and through and has a nice little private collection of various color M5 and M6s, along with two amazing ZR1s. He bought an X6M for his wife based on the recommendation from his dad who really likes his regular X6.

After 1 trip to the grocery store in that thing, he hated it. Literally had to fold down the back seats to fit all the groceries.

I have been trying for years to get him to get an E61 and convert it to a full on M5. He teeters on the fence, but never commits. Every time I see and E61 or one of the new Audi or Merc wagons, I get a little funny feeling. Why BMW has forsaken a body style which make so much sense, I'll never understand.

I have been around the M5 world for a while now, and I've seen a bunch of stuff from him. Why doesn't he put an S85 in an E61?! That'd be the ultimate grocery getter! I sure do miss my E60, but the practicality of my wagon far surpasses the utility of the sedan.
