E61 electrical problem with steering column switches
I need some ideas for diagnosing this one. It's a 2008 535xi. The rear wiper does not work, the tilt and telescopic switch down not move the steering column and the cruise is not commanding on. The switches are fully functional. I can see them in the steering column module as I turn them on and off. Somehow they are not coming out of the KBM module. There are no DTCs in any module in the car. Does anyone have any ideas for test the body gateway module to see if it is sending the commands to the KBM module? Any help would be appreciated. If more info is needed, just let me know. Thanks.

I'd hate to be that guy, but the general chat E60 Discussion - 5Series.net - Forums might get better replies.
Mostly because this could apply to e60s as well and not just e61's

Do you have access to INPA? You should be able to monitor all the individual switches through the module's functions.
Also, check the fuses to see if any are blown. Could be simple.
