Ah, Got it. Is this a good link explaining them?

http://www.tuninglinx.com/html/strut-bars.html

Those two from Dinan are both strut bars then, from their description. First one says though that it doesn't fit XI sedans.

I didn't exactly confuse it, I was under the impression that from Dinan none of their sway or strut bars are "for" the E61.

After much searching, I've very excited to have found a pic of a 535xi (not a wagon, but as far as fitment goes, same thing I believe) with the 245/40/19 and 275/35/19 tires I've going on and on about.... looks EXACTLY as I pictured it in that it reduces the fender gap in a non-lowered car a bit, and preserves a bit more sidewall for compliance vs the 35F/30R aspect ratio. MAN, I can't wait to put these on in a few days.

Thanks to Gilbert at Modbargains for suggesting such a great accessory... best $200 I have EVER spent on a car.
+100

There are still people on this forum who would go out of their way to start an argument on how pointless a strut bar is, and how anyone who fits one to his car is either stupid, naive, some kind of a moron or just a helpless victim of the mod-marketing bug Its good to see that there are also people who still trust their own judgement and are ready to make their own experience

Great wheels, Just wondering how do you like the tires? Some say they have VERY soft sidewall. I would like to hear some members opinion. THNX
